While I agree that hair-cutting goes against this forum and should be no part of it, I don't agree with the notion that cutting hair is NOT a fetish and is actually some kind of abuse, you don't get to decide that.

What of women who willingly cut off their hair on camera? There is no abusive person forcing them against their will, pure exhibition and a lot of people getting turned on. A damn shame to see it happen but people are free to do as they please with their bodies.
