For me, waist length hair is the ideal. Don't get me wrong, I've seen some women with incredible knee length hair that is well taken care of that drives me crazy to look at, but in general waist length is more than enough for me to feel satisfied while also not requiring the girl's life to be about taking care of her hair.

Floor length tends to be a bit too much even for me.
