Do you mean from a single post? If so JDownloader2 can easily do that. Just paste the url in the link grabber. I just tried it.

There are also some command line options, if you're comfortable with that.

If you're using a mouse, highly recommend mouse gesture extensions. For example, I use Gesturefy on Firefox. To open links, I've set it to move the mouse toward right from any link while holding my trigger button (right button in my case). To save images, all I have to do is to move the mouse down on any image (holding trigger of course.)

When using keyboard, I rely on vim binding extensions to navigate pages and save media.

Really, there are plenty of tools. Try and see what works best for you.

Also, I hope you've backed up your assets, at least the important ones.
