She seems to have stopped her Rolls-Royce (with what is probably a German license plate) in an Austrian small town in a nice and quiet rural region near the Czech border.

In the first few seconds of the video she comments in German with an extremely heavy Eastern European (Polish, Russian, Czech?) accent that she has stopped in a cute little village with a nice fountain or well that she wants to take a look at now.

With that outfit and that car in an Austrian town like that she must have appeared like an alien to the locals - no wonder nobody is out on the street in this video except for herself.

Everything about this video seems so totally out of touch with the vibe of the place that it is almost hilarious.
