Her hair looks amazing.

It's extraordinarily rare to see a 42-year-old professional woman who is in the public eye but not in Hollywood/entertainment grow out her hair to waist length. Let alone a married mom of 3 kids under age 10.

I can only imagine the pressure she gets from consultants and media types to chop it; good for her for making a different choice.

Examples like this help normalize the idea of very long hair on normal adult women, professional women, moms, etc. Sure she's not actually normal, probably has plenty of access to and time for stylists to help, etc. But she's still an example of what can be and a dent in the narrative about how women "should" wear their hair.
