But with such healthy blunt ends freshly cut I also associate the realistic promise and hope of more length.

For one thing, she had it cut at that impressive length, and no shorter, so she might be ultimately aiming for more (and after months without another cut or trim, there WILL definitely be more). And the other thing is that there clearly is the potential of greater length in such ends.

Imagine her not getting it cut or trimmed now for about half a year - then the ends would be well below the upper hem of her pants and approaching mid-bum.
