No. Simply no.
That Ukrainian girl is not just hair and a pretty face.
There are people dying in her country, and she brilliantly explains the many violations of treaties and agreements that this war means.
It is deeply disrespectful in the face of such senseless tragedy to talk and think only of her hair - even here. If an American President had launched a nuclear war, would you on a fashion forum strictly be talking in the name of taste and fashion about the suit and tie he wore making his public anouncement? That would be styleless and tasteless.
If the young Ukrainian woman had just shown off her beauty in that video, I would perfectly agree with you. But the way it is she made very important and very serious points, and we should consider them seriously, too, instead of just celebrating her hair.
In order to celebrate hair, you first have to be alive. Many people in the Ukraine are pointlessly being denied that blessed state of being at this very moment.
Lots of people always tend to think they are a comfortably long shot away from the troubles of this world when in fact they are standing right in front of the barrel of the gun. The troubles just won´t go away when you ignore them; you will only strengthen them in the long run - and you will embarrass yourself in the eyes of the victims and their descendants.
