Like many physical characteristics, there is sort of a bell curve distribution.

So there are some well out on the maximum side, maybe one in ten million or such.

But yes that would make a marvelous hair fetish partner.

Someone like that would have the potential to grow to incredible lengths, or just maintain perhaps floor length but in perfect condition to the ends.

OTOH there is a girl I know from IG, she has floor length but it took 20 years to get there, and she has to do exceptional haircare to protect those very old hair sections.
