The final round of finalists for annual Crown Awards is posted on the super-hair. net website. There are a variety of categories, including some pitting longhair candidates vs shorthair candidates. Go to the page and check it out: super-hair.net/crown-nom.html. Categories have been rotating for weeks and voting ends on Wednesday. Winners will be announced on March 15. Even if you voted in previous weeks, you can vote again. We need your support!
rotate regularly and appear several times during voting, so even if you voted in previous weeks you can vote again. Photos are provided in each category. Some of them are poor quality.
My suggestions this week:
Best Curls: Dashik Gubanova. This category is a no-brainer. Dashik's hair is floor length and she curls it some days, so she qualifies for the win. I urge you to check out her Instagram page for tons of amazing photos: instagram.com/dashik_gubanova/
Best Hairstyle in a Movie: Demi Moore. She has the longest hair, by far, in the category. Demi was in the 2019 movie "Corporate Animals."
Newcomer of the Year: Lilly Singh is known as
Superwoman because of her amazing talent, many interests (she hosts a late-night talk show, writes books, tells jokes) and great following on Youtube and social media. AND she last hip-length hair! The photo used on the awards page doesn't adequately capture the quality of her hair. Here's a link to one photo and you can find lots more by googling her: binged.it/39y817S
Best Redhead: Take your pick. I chose Sarah Rafferty of the TV show "Suits."
Best Hair in Sports Reporting: Cassidy Hubbarth has the longest hair in the category, but has plenty of competition.
Best Ponytail: Joanna Gaines has great hair and should win at least one Crown Award every year. I think she's won "best ponytail" in the past.
Best Hair in a Soap Opera/Telenovela: Laura Wright of the American soap opera "General Hospital" deserves to win and will win. She will be in the Super Hair Hall of Fame some day if she isn't already.
Thanks in advance for voting. You can make a difference!
