Why you would ask this here and think you'll get help is beyond me. This forum has absolutely NOTHING to do with my site.
The only way you wouldn't have received the email containing your log in credentials is if you provided an incorrectly spelled email address or a bogus email address. I don't take your money and not let you in the site.
