If you're gonna allow nudie/adult pics posted there, yet your site isn't considered 'adult', and you're using CCBill as your processor... you're gonna need to ante up the $750 Visa fee. Also, by allowing non copyright holders to post pics that do not belong to them, via hotlinking or whatever means your webmaster is allowing, the site is at risk for copyright violation/infringement and CAN BE SHUT DOWN, should copyright holders report the violation. Also, with the new 2257 propositions hanging in the balance, I think your webmaster better do his homework or he could possibly lose his ass big time.

Also keep in mind, you've seen people post underage females here... do you wanna be responsible for the potential posting of CP images as well???

Ninja has this forum which many folks are aware of and he knows what he's doing. Brian, you obviously don't know what you're doing in creating a forum on a paysite and better as hell NOT make Leona pay for your mistake!!!
