In Windows XP, there is a screen saver called "My Pictures Slideshow". Under the settings, you can point it to any folder on your computer, and every few seconds, it will select a random image from that folder and subfolders to display. You can tell it how long to display each image.

It seems like it would be worth a try for PC to ask his wife to let him take some good, well-lighted photos showing her hair and whatever other parts of her body she feels are attractive, and use these in his screen saver. But back when I was married, I never could persuade my wife to let me take any photos of her, so what do I know.
