Go to a doctor and see about getting some meds for your OCD. You are getting out of control. If you cannot control yourself then you have a serious condition and need to get some help.
Anything to excess is bad for you. Take a deep breath and learn some meditation techniques to learn how to clear your mind of thoughts, if you aren't a person who believes in doctors.
Find a dark corner and rub one out if that will help. But being so focused all the time on one thing will hurt your brain.
Being attracted to hair isn't wrong or an illness. Being obsessive is--regardless of what you obsess about. If you cannot have a moment of peace deliberately then you really do need to seek some professional help.
