I doubt this can be used as some kind of rule...

My GF knows i love her blonde mane, and she also loves it when i pull it, dig my fingers through it, grab it do guide her head where i want to feel her lips and alot of other stuff...

BUT thats because she enjoys her hair as well and wants it to be used like this. There are alot of other women who want to show off long hair, but if you touch it you will lose a finger or two. ^^
