Lately I notice more and more posts with ALL CAPS TEXT, what is that all about? To me it is like SHOUTING, there is no need to shout, is there?

I don't mind some titles with all letters capitalized, but the entire post? hmmm, maybe I'm the only one who doesn't like that too much.
