anyway, as a software engineer myself, I could suggest to the OWNERS and MODERATORS that, blocking ip address is not a solution. because some ISP provides random dynamic ip address to its clients. so, trap the machine address, which is universally unique. and much more easier to trap than ip address.

so, update this forum, try to trap MAC_ADDRESS(machine address) and kick on this RASCAL's dick.
