The truth

You are only fooling yourself if you think this will not change things. Would Arnold Schwarzenegger be the same if he lost all of his muscles? Would Cindy Crawford be the same without her brown hair and mole? Would Claudia Schiffer be the same if she had a short orange bob? These are their trademarks, just like your ankle length is yours. You are tampering with your uniqueness when you remove your trademark.

When the men on this site say 'it won't change you' they are just blowing smoke, because they think (or know) that this is what women want to hear. Will it make you less beautiful? No. Will it make you less of a woman? Definitely not. Will men still look at your photos? Yes. But it will not be the same. We can certainly all recall the Lal@na days. (She went from calf length to lower back...her photos were never the same, and her popularity plummeted). Will it make you less unique? Yes. Your photos and videos will never be the same, and you may suffer a hit in popularity.

Ankle length is an immense rarity these days. You are one of the few. Sadly men of the past were graced by women with this treasure. Us sorry saps nowadays are forced to sit at home and browse the net hoping to catch glimpses of women with this amazing characteristic.

Ultimately, do as you wish, and what will make you happy. Which is more important? Putting in the time and effort to manage the ankle length, knowing that you are one of the few woman in the world that can pull it off, or starting the chopping process (yes men, once they start it just gets shorter and shorter) for ease and maintenance, but paying the price?

I think it sucks that us LHL have been degraded to blurry eyed night stalkers that have to look at websites of women in far off countries do simple things that all woman once did. Imagine gents, a a hundred years ago you would have laid on your bed and watched you beautiful wife comb her think ankle length unpermed undyed hair while she sat at her dressing table. This would have been heaven!

There is my essay. Anya: you are messing with perfection and your uniqueness, and I know once this trend starts it will just get shorter and shorter. But really, we are just a motley crue anyhow, so who cares what we think? I can't believe you even asked. I mean, do you really care what we think? We are validation (and $$$) from afar. You would give none of us your address or phone number of even time of day if you saw is in person, so why humour us with questions like this?
