If there is a program or website that allows saving Instagram photos, I'm unaware of it. The trick to save Instagram photos is to View Page Source, then find the first .jpg URL. It will begin as scontent-dfw1-1.cdninstagram.com/ or similar. Then copy and paste the URL into a new TAB and then save the image as usual.
