That clip is from one of Jim Butchee's super-long hair care videos. He has (or had, anyway) a salon in Texas somewhere, if I remember right. She was one of the models used throughout. If she was credited at all I'm sure it was only her first name. I've got the videotape somewhere, I'll see if I can dig it up.
